Hensel-USA Partners with CRISCAM to Open Western Repair Facility

Hensel-USA, the exclusive US distributor of Hensel-Visit studio lighting systems, announced today that they have partnered with CRISCAM of Chandler, AZ, to handle repairs for customers located in the western portion of the US. CRISCAM is the number one photographic service and repair facility in the western US handling repairs for many photographic companies including: Canon, Olympus, Fuji, Rollei, Ricoh, Sigma, Manfrotto, Profoto, Elinchrom and Bowens.
“Now, the same stellar service Hensel users have been getting for over 2 decades from our NJ service center, is available for Hensel owners located in the western US”, said Mark Astmann, Director of Hensel-USA. “Partnering with CRISCAM will provide better service for our western based customers by reducing their shipping costs and shortening the turnaround repair time,”; Mr. Astmann continued.
