Open Box - Box has been opened, but gear is not used. These items come with a 1 year warranty. 

Demo / Show Gear - Items that were used as a floor display or at a trade show. The items have been slightly used while being demonstrated to shooters. These items have been through a manufacturer's service inspection and come with a 3 month warranty. 

Certified Pre-owned - Mostly slightly older gear that has been traded in for newer Hensel products. These items have been through a manufacturer's service inspection and come with a 3 month warranty.

Discontinued Gear - Gear that is in an unopened box, has never been used, brand new, but is no longer current. These items come with a 3 month warranty.
