Please make sure to include your contact and return information, as well as a brief description of the issue you are experiencing by completing the Hensel Repair Ticket form enclosed below, printing it and including it with the gear you return. For all warranty requests, please also include a copy of the original purchase receipt from a Hensel USA dealer.

Repair estimates normally take a week from delivery and are provided in a written email. We can accept written approval and payment when the item is ready to ship. All US credit cards are accepted.

Repairs on support products are guaranteed for 90 days from date of repair.
