Please make sure to include your contact and return information, as well as a brief description of the issue you are experiencing. For all warranty requests, please also include a copy of the original POP from a Hensel USA dealer.

Repair estimates normally will take a week from delivery and are provided in a written email. We can accept written approval, and allow payment when the item is ready to ship. All US credit cards are accepted.
